Dry wood at a fair price. Kindling and fire starters also available. Convenient location, good hours and just a few minutes outside the Wheatley PP on Klondike Rd.

The best wood in the area, ideal for camping. The Wood Shed is right at the entrance of Wheatley Provincial Park. The Wood Shed accepts cash or online payment, which makes it easily accessible. The owner is very friendly.

After some bad experiences purchasing wet and poor quality firewood from the provincial park(s), we found The Wheatley Wood Shed nearby. Good quality and dry hardwood at a better price than the park - and the bags are bigger! Duane was very helpful and even offers a digital as well as cash payment.

Staying at a cottage with family east of Wheatley and went out today to get firewood from the Wood Shed for the first time, after seeing the great reviews on Google. It did not disappoint. Best price for wood in the area, by far and the product is great. I looked around quite a bit before purchasing as well. Duane (owner) met me in the driveway to ensure that I got what I needed. What a friendly guy. Do yourself a favour and go here for your firewood needs. Don't waste your efforts looking around like I did. THIS IS THE SPOT in this region.

Had a wonderful experience here! Very convenient location, right near wheatley camping! It’s great wood for a great price! Dwayne was a big help! He came up and helped us with our purchase, which we did with a credit card! And he even offered to carry our wood to the car! Such a helpful and pleasant man! Thank you!
